A WRAS approved Anti-Siphon nozzle for use on laboratory water taps. We can also supply replacement lab taps.
The product is designed specifically to protect the water supply against contamination
from back siphonage within the laboratory environment. The nozzle must be permanently
fitted to the outlet of the laboratory water tap with Loctite 648. The fitting of this nozzle
will introduce the statutory air gap.
Advice must be obtained from your local water authority to ensure compliance with
current water supply (water fittings) regulations 1999.
This product is manufactured with a ½”BSP female inlet connection, suitable laboratory
taps can be supplied on request.
This is the only FULLY approved AUK-3 category 5 back flow preventer nozzle for laboratory taps available.
